RenAIssance
December 1, 2025 — November 30, 2029 — AI skills for design and the cultural and creative industries
A European project developing training in generative AI, digital fabrication and sustainable design for higher education and VET, with resources aligned to the EQF (levels 3–8).
RenAIssance addresses the growing need for artificial intelligence skills in higher education and vocational training within the cultural and creative industries (CCI). By structuring AI-enabled learning, it helps designers, architects and other creative professionals integrate AI-assisted creativity, digital fabrication and more sustainable design practices.
The consortium maps skills gaps, develops training modules, runs pilots across several countries, and explores certification and accreditation pathways to support long-term uptake. It aims to strengthen cross-border recognition of AI skills and align training with industry needs, including SMEs.
Escola Árvore takes part in this project as part of the European partner network, contributing practical expertise in arts, design and new technologies within the CCI context.
