Fashion Design meets LED tech with Summa College students
Second-year Fashion Design students collaborated with a Dutch vocational school on textile accessories with integrated LED technology.
Second-year Fashion Design students at Árvore took part in an exchange activity with students from Summa College, a Dutch vocational school visiting the city.

Through ideas, materials, and plenty of experimentation, the challenge was to create textile accessories (belts, hats, bags, and bracelets) with integrated LED technology, exploring new ways to combine aesthetics and functionality.
More than a technical exercise, it was a moment of collaboration, cultural exchange, and discovery between different ways of thinking about design.
